Find the right website
Your Kiro account brings website access, backups, billing, and support together. Start in Websites, then match the domain before choosing Manage website. A production site and its staging copy can have similar names; the domain is the more useful identifier.
- Sign in to your Kiro client area.
- Open Websites and search by website name or domain if needed.
- Choose Manage website on the correct card. The dedicated website page opens with Overview, WordPress, Backups, and Settings tabs.
Choose where to work
- Overview shows website storage, the recorded WordPress/PHP versions, and shortcuts to common work.
- WordPress lets you select an available WordPress administrator and open the editor for your content, design, and store.
- Backups contains recovery points and the backup actions available to your website.
- Settings shows the current website configuration and links to the full Hosting control panel for additional hosting tools.
Before your first change
Confirm that you are working on the intended domain, check that a usable recovery point exists, and decide how you will verify the result. For a redesign or a change to a store, use a staging copy when your service provides one.
The full hosting panel can include other websites on your account. Keep checking the selected domain when moving between tools. A feature described in a guide may be unavailable because of your plan or account permissions; contact Kiro if the control is missing.
If a website or control is missing
Use Refresh once and allow the result to return. Storage marked Loading or Not available is not a reading of zero. Check Billing for the service’s hosting status. If the service is pending or a known website is absent, open a support ticket with the domain and the message you see. Do not purchase another subscription just to recover access.
