Open WordPress from Kiro

1. Sign in to Kiro and open Websites.
2. Match the site’s domain, then choose Manage website.
3. Open the WordPress tab, or choose Open WordPress tools from Overview.
4. Under WordPress administrator, select the account you intend to use.
5. Choose WordPress admin. If a Continue to WordPress link appears, use it to finish opening the session.

Check the website address again when WordPress opens. You can now use its content editor, plugins, and other tools permitted for the selected account. Your Kiro workspace stays available separately for hosting and billing.

Which users appear here?

This selector lists WordPress administrators verified for this website. WordPress accounts with roles such as Customer, Subscriber, or Editor are intentionally excluded. Your Kiro profile and the WordPress user list are separate; a customer role in one system is not an administrator role in the other.

If an expected administrator is missing, refresh the list after any user change. If none appears, open Hosting control panel to review that website’s users, or contact Kiro. Do not promote unrelated users merely to make the selector show an entry.

Handle sign-in links carefully

Kiro clears a generated link when you refresh the website page, change tabs, or change the selected administrator. If the browser did not open WordPress, use the displayed Continue to WordPress link before requesting another one. If the link no longer works, return to the WordPress tab and request a fresh sign-in.

If access is unavailable

Check the website and service status first. A suspended or otherwise restricted service can block the action. A message saying hosting is not ready calls for a service-status check in Billing, even when the subscription is complimentary.

Send support the domain, selected user name, approximate time, and error text without the sign-in URL. Kiro can check the website connection without needing your password in the conversation.
